**The requirements**
- A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a hunger to learn
- Previous experience in a similar high-end, high-volume restaurant as an Assistant Bar Manager or higher
- Is incredibly skilled as a bar professional and passionate about their craft
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
- Great team player
- Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
