An Interntional Construction organization with high Presence in GCC is looking for a Procurement and Rental Officerin its Our Business Unit in Riyadh.

**1. Role Objective**:
To arrange all rentals with maintenance and utilization. Responsible for maintaining all
required documents for rentals like agreement, documents, certificates and overall
responsible for coordinating with the rental team as well as construction jobs.

**2. Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepares the schedule / allocation / delivery of day-to-day rentals Plant and Machinery to sites.
- Checks out daily time sheet for manpower and equipment.
- Checks the entire documents such as registration card, insurance, permit, gate. pass, toll, 3rd party safety certificate for rented P&M.
- Checks MRF and open LPO’s.
- Updates the system for all external rented equipment with current location, condition, distinguished profile.
- Archives daily rental operations inclusive of receiving MRF, LPO, delivery, mobilization, demobilization, traffic permits.
- Provides guidance and assistance to project operations in all aspects of equipment. request.
- Prepares technical specifications for request & proposals, including terms and conditions and evaluation criteria in regard to external equipment rentals.
- Prepares and develops bid documents and supplier bid lists to obtain competitive. quotations on commodities and services.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's in engineering (MEP, Industrial or Civil) are preferable or bachelor's in business administration.**:

- Certification in Procurement & Supply chain from an accredited certification body.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Machinery and Equipment Rental and Procurement Roles.
- **Role is ONLY for Saudi National**:

- Fluent English in Writing and Speaking.

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
