**ToYou** is a leading online Saudi food ordering and delivery super-app with one of the largest and most comprehensive networks of merchants across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We seek to deliver all necessities across the Kingdom, whether they be from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, or more.

**Job Purpose : To undertake merchant care duties required & to be responsible for answer & solve merchant queries on time**

**Main Duties**:

- Provide prompt resolution to merchant inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
- Accurately documenting and updating records.
- Respond to merchant request to insure good customer experience.
- Manage merchant complaints to ensure the issues being solved in a timely & efficient manner.
- Achieve individual & department service level target & goal.
- Microsoft word & excel experience.
- CRM acknowledge.
- Available to work in shifts & extra hours based on the business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields, or any related discipline.
- 1-2 years as customer service or call center.
- Strong contact handling skills & active listening.
- Fluent spoken English ,Arabic language.
- Excellent communication skills.
