You'll be at the heart of our dynamic Human Resources team, wielding your operational prowess to keep our HR engine running smoothly. From managing employee data to rocking HRIS administration, you'll be the go-to expert for all things HR operations.

Your mission? To ensure compliance, create seamless onboarding experiences, and provide stellar support to our amazing employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in the HRIS.
- Administer HRIS and serve as a primary point of contact for system-related inquiries.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and provide assistance with enrollment and inquiries.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements for HR operations.

**Requirments & Qualifications**:
