In this role you will be responsible for EHS, quality and maintenance requirements to meet internal and external customer expectations.

As Electrical Technician you will provide solutions through a problem-solving thinking within our maintenance team and support production to achieve high qualified products.

Key responsibilities:

- Support EHS culture change and ensure compliance to regulations and to the Company Safety Performance, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
- Support sustainability and Continuous Improvement programs within maintenance department and ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality level using 5S methodology, energy optimization, TPM, Operating Excellence and maintenance effectiveness improvement.
- Implement, execute and document all Preventive maintenance activities.
- Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solving. Diagnose the faults and Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported and promote environmental issues and ensure all company procedures are understood and followed to support a safe working environment.
- Maintain and update of the electrical drawings for the upcoming projects and modifications.

About You

You were made to do this work: working with new technologies, diving into data, optimizing digital experiences, and constantly developing better, faster ways to get results. You have a Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering and previous industrial manufacturing experience and are a holer of SEC Membership Certificate.

You have great understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs like 5S, LEAN, OPEX and TPM.

You will communicate with Maintenance and Operation Leaders on daily basis, good communication skills and fluent English are on place.

What else?
- Good knowledge of electrical & control systems.
- Great knowledge of programming, wiring and troubleshooting the PLC platforms.
- Advance knowledge of Servo Systems (Motors, Drives, Encoders).
