**Role Overview**:
The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with clients to understand their unique business needs, conducting thorough research and analysis, and providing strategic recommendations. This role involves defining project scopes, analyzing data to identify trends, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that align with client objectives. The Business Analyst will also communicate project progress, engage with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Collaboration**: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and define project scopes.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive research, including surveys and interviews, to gather insights into client businesses and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- **Strategic Evaluation**: Evaluate potential strategies, model solutions, and provide informed recommendations to address business challenges.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Present findings and updates to clients through various formats, including oral, visual, and written communication.
- **Recommendation Implementation**: Implement agreed-upon solutions efficiently and develop new procedures or training programs to support changes.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Identify and engage stakeholders, analyze their needs, and validate requirements through methods such as interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze and report on gathered data to support decision-making processes.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Information system or a related field. A PMP certification is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of [3-5] years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects is essential.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in research and analysis frameworks, including PESTLE, SWOT, and Porter's Five Forces.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in project management and the ability to implement solutions effectively.
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, including the use of various methods to gather and validate requirements.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
- **Time Management**: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
