Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Project Controls Engineer - Change**to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- The Engineer will manage the installation Raft works on site, communicate with other engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure full understanding of the information provided.
- check works are completed as required by the specification and manage the installation of temporary works and safety on site
- Manage civil construction works in a large-scale construction project in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- BE in Civil Engineering with 10 - 12 years of experience in a high-rise building projects
- Should be capable to handle the sites independently with good communication skills.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with leading international consultants and contractors.
- Computer knowledge. - Capable to produce weekly, monthly progress and time schedule reports.
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
