**Female Medical Representative for Medical Referrals**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Referral Network Development**:

- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, primary care physicians, and other medical facilities in Makkah.
- Promote the hospital's services, specialties, and facilities to potential referral sources.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth referral process for patients.

**Referral Generation**:

- Actively engage with medical professionals and present the hospital's strengths and capabilities to encourage referrals.
- Provide information about the hospital's medical expertise, technology, and advanced treatment options to potential referring parties.
- Share relevant medical literature and resources to support the referral decision-making process.

**Education and Training**:

- Organize and conduct educational events, workshops, and seminars to educate referring healthcare professionals about the hospital's latest medical advancements and treatment methodologies.
- Address inquiries and provide accurate information to referring parties regarding patient care, treatment options, and protocols.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on the healthcare landscape in Makkah, including changes in MOH regulations, healthcare trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market trends and gather insights to develop effective referral strategies and approaches.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, referrals, and communication with healthcare professionals.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for hospital management regarding referral activities, trends, and outcomes.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the hospital's marketing and communication team to develop referral-related marketing materials and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal medical teams to ensure a seamless patient transition from referral to treatment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Makkah.
- Strong network of contacts within the healthcare community in Makkah, particularly with referring healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of MOH regulations, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Ability to articulate medical information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet referral targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
