This role will be responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale banqueting events, ensuring the highest levels of precision, service, and luxury standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, refined attention to detail, and extensive expertise in luxury banqueting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full cycle of banqueting events, from initial planning to flawless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional, tailored experiences.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-departmental teams including culinary, service, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage event logistics, floor plans, timelines, and resources with precision and efficiency.
  • Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining uncompromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and service excellence protocols.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during events, ensuring seamless operations and immediate resolution of challenges.
  • Stay informed on global banqueting and hospitality trends to bring fresh ideas and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Extensive background in banqueting and event management within luxury hospitality or high-profile event settings.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale banquets with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
