Job Overview:

Our client, an ultra-luxury events and banqueting company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banquet Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of luxury banqueting events, ensuring flawless service delivery, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of high-end banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of luxury banqueting events, ensuring seamless execution and premium service standards.
  • Coordinate with event managers, culinary teams, and service staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Monitor staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to maintain high levels of service excellence.
  • Oversee event setups, table arrangements, décor, and equipment in line with client expectations and luxury standards.
  • Act as on-site point of contact during events, promptly resolving operational issues and client requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury service protocols, and health and safety regulations.
  • Support post-event evaluations, providing feedback to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising banqueting operations within luxury hospitality or high-profile event settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards in luxury banqueting.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
