The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive expertise in banquet management, team leadership, and delivering luxury hospitality at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of luxury banqueting events in Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, event managers, and culinary teams to deliver tailored, high-quality experiences.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate banquet teams to maintain consistent service excellence.
  • Manage event logistics, staffing, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and precision.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve operational and financial goals without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company service standards.
  • Provide on-site leadership during events, addressing challenges and ensuring a premium guest experience.
