Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Supervisor based in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing and developing merchandising activities, ensuring product displays align with brand standards, conducting analytical assessments of sales performance, and optimizing product placements to enhance customer experience. Additional responsibilities include supervising retail activities, coordinating with sales and retail teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing inventory and stock levels effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for assessing trends, sales data, and optimizing merchandising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Knowledge of retail operations and expertise in merchandise management
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Prior experience in the ceramics or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to a dynamic retail landscape
