Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Merchandising Supervisor. The Merchandising Supervisor will oversee and optimize product display, inventory, and store layout to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, coordinating with retail teams, ensuring product availability, and maintaining merchandising standards. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to implement strategies and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales data and optimize merchandising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in customer service to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Experience in retail operations and merchandise management
  • Leadership skills to supervise teams and ensure effective implementation of merchandising initiatives
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the building materials or ceramics industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
