Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate Social Media Content Producer to join BaridX. You'll work closely with the content team to plan, shoot, and execute a monthly Reels/video content calendar. This role is hands-on in content production and deeply connected to storytelling, trends, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, plan, and schedule monthly Reels / short-form video content, aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Shoot and edit video content (Reels, TikTok) — either yourself or by coordinating shoots.
  • Collaborate with designers, creative team, and external vendors to bring concepts to life.
  • Write captions, scripts, and support multi-platform storytelling (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and iterate on content types.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, sounds, formats, and adapt them to BaridX's brand.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging in every piece of content.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or video production.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video formats and storytelling.
  • Competent in using video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; must
    speak fluently in the Saudi "white" accent
    when appearing on camera or in voiceover content.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Based in Jeddah.
