Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role located in Jeddah for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and expanding the customer base. The day-to-day tasks include setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, crafting sales reports, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires leadership, an ability to identify growth opportunities, and hands-on management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and analyzing sales data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to set sales goals and create sales reports
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and identifying growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the coffee or beverage industry is a plus
