Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • At all times strive to represent Rosewood Jeddah in most professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Conduct site visits as required.
  • Review direct competition and ensure complete awareness by all sales team of competitor's activities at all times.
  • Ability to lead and develop a sales team to deliver the Hotel's KPI (Key Performance Indicators – e.g. GOP, Total Revenue, ARR, Occ etc.)
  • To develop a marketing strategy using the characteristics, advantages and benefits of the hotel and local area.
  • To manage the customer service aspect of the Sales and Marketing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • To develop and supervise the sales team; recognizing training opportunities, organizing day to day operation of the office and maintaining successful communications within the team.
  • To meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
