Job Title: Technical Office Manager

Project: 4-Star Hotel Development

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate technical documentation, including:

  2. Shop drawings

  3. Technical submittals
  4. Design specifications

  5. Construction documents

  6. Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and regulations.

  7. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

  8. Review and approve technical documents for accuracy and completeness.

  9. Track and manage document revisions and updates.

Shop Drawing and Technical Submittal Responsibilities:

  1. Review and approve shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.

  2. Coordinate technical submittals with contractors and suppliers.

  3. Verify technical submittals against project specifications and requirements.

  4. Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings and technical submittals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

  2. Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in a technical office or construction management role.

  3. Proven experience in managing technical teams and projects.

  4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  5. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  6. Proficient in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), MS Office, and project management software.

  7. Familiarity with hotel design and construction standards.
