نبحث عن موظف طموح ومنظّم لإدارة جميع القنوات المتعلقة بالمبيعات والحجوزات الإلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة موقع الفندق، نظام علاقات العملاء (CRM)، وحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي للفندق.

الملخص الوظيفي

يتولى مسؤول المبيعات والقنوات الإلكترونية الإشراف الكامل على جميع المهام المتعلقة بالمبيعات، الحجوزات، والمنصات الإلكترونية (مثل Booking وExpedia وغيرها)، بالإضافة إلى إدارة موقع الفندق ونظام إدارة علاقات العملاء.

كما يساهم في إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي ونشر حملات ترويجية بسيطة لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وجذب الضيوف الجدد.

الهدف من الوظيفة هو ضمان تجربة متكاملة للضيف من لحظة الحجز وحتى مغادرته، وتحقيق أفضل أداء للمبيعات عبر جميع القنوات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

إدارة المبيعات والحجوزات


• إدارة جميع الحجوزات والمبيعات عبر ، Expedia، Agoda وغيرها من المنصات.


• متابعة نسب الإشغال اليومية، والأسعار، وأداء المبيعات.


• تحديث التوفر والعروض والأسعار بشكل مستمر لتحقيق أفضل النتائج.


• الرد السريع على استفسارات الضيوف وطلبات الحجز.

إدارة الموقع والحجوزات المباشرة


• الإشراف على موقع الفندق الإلكتروني وتحديث المعلومات والصور بشكل دوري.


• تنسيق حملات الحجز المباشر وضمان توافقها مع المنصات الخارجية.


• العمل لتحسين الظهور الإلكتروني (SEO) وزيادة الحجوزات المباشرة.

إدارة نظام علاقات العملاء (CRM)


• تحديث بيانات الضيوف وسجلات التواصل داخل النظام.


• متابعة التواصل مع الضيوف قبل وأثناء وبعد الإقامة لضمان رضاهم.


• جمع الملاحظات وتحليل التقييمات لتحسين جودة الخدمة.


• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الدائمين والشركات ووكلاء السفر.

التقارير والتنسيق


• إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية لأداء المبيعات ونسب الإشغال.


• التنسيق مع قسم الاستقبال والإدارة لضمان تناسق المعلومات.


• تحليل الأداء واقتراح تعديلات على الأسعار والعروض لتعزيز الإيرادات.

إدارة التواصل الاجتماعي والترويج


• إدارة حسابات الفندق على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (إنستغرام، سناب شات، تيك توك وغيرها).


• نشر محتوى بسيط ومنسق يعكس هوية الفندق وتجارب الضيوف.


• تنفيذ حملات ترويجية محدودة لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وتحفيز الحجوزات المباشرة.

المتطلبات


• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة، أو الأعمال، أو التسويق، أو تخصص ذي صلة.


• خبرة سابقة في المبيعات الفندقية أو إدارة حسابات مواقع الحجز الإلكترونية.


• معرفة بنظم إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وأنظمة الحجز الفندقي.


• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.


• مهارات عالية في التواصل، التنظيم، وخدمة العملاء.


• إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج أوفيس وأنظمة الحجز والمواقع الإلكترونية.


• معرفة بأساسيات التسويق الإلكتروني أو إدارة الإيرادات الفندقية.


• شخصية مبادرة ومحبة للعمل في مجال الضيافة.

About the Hotel

Al Madinah Anest Hotel is a modern hotel distinguished by its high-quality hospitality services and premium guest experience in the heart of Madinah.

We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to manage all channels related to sales and online reservations, as well as the hotel's website, customer relationship management (CRM) system, and social media accounts.

Job Summary

The Sales and E-Channel Officer is responsible for overseeing all tasks related to sales, reservations, and online booking platforms (such as , Expedia, etc.), in addition to managing the hotel's website and CRM system.

The role also includes managing social media accounts and publishing simple promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new guests.

The goal is to ensure an integrated guest experience from booking to departure and to achieve the best sales performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Reservations Management


• Manage all bookings and sales across , Expedia, Agoda, and other platforms.


• Monitor daily occupancy rates, pricing, and sales performance.


• Continuously update availability, offers, and pricing to achieve optimal results.


• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests.

Website and Direct Booking Management


• Oversee the hotel's website and ensure information and images are regularly updated.


• Coordinate direct booking campaigns and ensure alignment with external platforms.


• Work on improving online visibility (SEO) to increase direct bookings.

CRM Management


• Update guest data and communication records in the CRM system.


• Follow up with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure satisfaction.


• Collect feedback and analyze reviews to enhance service quality.


• Build strong relationships with returning guests, companies, and travel agents.

Reporting and Coordination


• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and occupancy rates.


• Coordinate with the front desk and management teams to ensure information consistency.


• Analyze performance and propose pricing or offer adjustments to boost revenue.

Social Media and Promotions Management


• Manage the hotel's social media accounts (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).


• Publish simple, well-organized content that reflects the hotel's identity and guest experiences.


• Execute limited promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and encourage direct bookings.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Previous experience in hotel sales or managing online booking platforms.


• Knowledge of CRM systems and hotel reservation software.


• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).


• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.


• Proficiency in computer use, Microsoft Office, and booking systems.


• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or hotel revenue management.


• A proactive and hospitality-oriented personality.
