Maplef is seeking an experienced and technically driven After Sales Engineer specializing in valves, actuators, and Pressure Independent Control Valves (PICVs). You will ensure optimal system performance across HVAC and plumbing applications, and provide high-level support to clients, contractors, and consultants across SaudiA

raia.

Key Respons

bilties


• Provide advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting for PICVs, balancing, isolation, and c

ont

rol vlves.


• Perform site inspections and performance evaluations to verify installation quality, flow balancing, and actuator f

u

nctioality.


• Support commissioning, start‑up, and testing; calibrate PICVs and control assemblies to

de

sign sepoints.


• Analyze hydronic performance (ΔP, flow, temperature), recommend corrective actions, and drive energy‑eff

i

cient oeration.


• Collaborate with consultants and MEP contractors to resolve non‑conformities and ensure subm

itt

al/spec cmpliance.


• Deliver technical trainings on valve selection, sizing, balancing, and pr

e

ventive mintenance.


• Prepare clear service reports with readings, photos, root caus

e,

and correctve actions.


• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to resolve after‑sales issues and main

t

ain client atisfaction.


• Maintain strong product knowledge on Maplef valves, actuator technologies

, a

nd related cotrol systems.


• Adhere to HSE standards and quality protocols d

u

ring all

site

interventions.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's in Mechanical o

r

HVAC Engineerng (or related).


• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in valve systems, PICVs, hydro

nic

balancing, or HAC commissioning.


• Solid knowledge of PICVs/dynamic balancing, control valve sizing & actuator integra

t

ion, and chilledwater diagnostics.


• Ability to interpret technical d

raw

ings, schematics, nd valve schedules.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and cus

t

omer service skill (Arabic & English).


• Valid Saudi driving license; willi

ngn

ess to travel to

sits across the Kindom.

Preferred Skills


• HVAC commissioning, system balancing,

nd energy performanc optimization exposure.


• Familiarity with BMS integration, control valv

equencing, and actuatorcommunication protocols.


• Proficiency with valve calibration tools, flow measureme
