We are looking for a Technical
Delivery Lead
to lead the successful planning, coordination, and execution of digital product and service delivery. This role will oversee the full product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, efficiency, and business alignment while maintaining the integrity of existing services and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage the build, testing, and deployment of digital solutions.
  • Lead Agile delivery efforts across teams, promoting best practices (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from inception to release, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Development Managers, and Architects to align delivery with business goals.
  • Engage and manage senior stakeholders across internal and external teams.
  • Identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Guide and support Agile teams with coaching, ceremonies, and backlog management.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and communication during major incidents or service transitions.
  • Provide technical input into architectural decisions and budget planning.
  • Support supplier and vendor coordination aligned with delivery requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a delivery leadership role
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery methodologies and practices.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex digital products and services.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and team coaching.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern development workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English to facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
