Overview Of The Role:
The role is responsible for managing Medium and Key Accounts within Freight Forwarding operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will focus on developing and growing medium to large customers across Aerospace, Food Logistics, and General Air Freight, while overseeing end-to-end freight operations and customer relationships.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow assigned Key and Medium customer accounts in line with business objectives
- Deliver KAM budget and revenue targets for assigned customer portfolio
- Oversee end-to-end operations across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross-Border, Import & Export activities
- Handle multi-industry operations including Food Logistics, Aerospace movements, and General Freight
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high service levels
- Monitor and report operational KPIs, providing periodic flash and performance reports
- Manage large-scale local and global tenders/bids in coordination with Pricing and Procurement teams
- Ensure timely job closing and invoicing in compliance with Finance SOPs
- Drive and achieve customer satisfaction targets aligned with organizational goals
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Ability to manage, grow, and retain medium to large customers while delivering revenue, service quality, and satisfaction targets.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Logistics movements.
- Solid understanding of Saudi customs regulations, compliance requirements, and coordination with local authorities to ensure smooth clearance.
- Excellent ability to coordinate with internal teams, airlines, overseas agents, GHAs, and clients, supported by clear verbal and written communication.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- 5–8 years of experience in Freight Management, Supply Chain, or Local Services
- Strong knowledge of KSA Customs regulations
- Valid KSA Driving License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
