We're looking for a
Procurement Support Agent
to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you'll support the Procurement Team with day-to-day operations and help coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflows and fast communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Price unlisted parts in the system
- Search for out-of-stock parts and alternatives
- Respond to inquiries from the Customer Success team
- Follow up on customer complaints with suppliers
- Coordinate and track the return of parts to suppliers
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary School Certificate or higher
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic computer literacy and data entry
- Data cleaning and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Must be located in Riyadh
