Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Acquisition Specialist, located in Riyadh Region. The Client Acquisition Specialist will focus on identifying, researching, and engaging with potential clients to foster new business relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify client needs, developing acquisition strategies, managing client programs, and maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing data to improve client acquisition results and contributing to company growth through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify client needs and assess market trends
  • Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Client Acquisitions and Program Management
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with business operations or relevant industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities


•    Generate new leads daily


•    Conduct field visits, client calls, meetings, and follow-ups


•    Collection from clients


•    Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers


•    Coordinate with operations for service delivery


•    Escalate issues or client risks in a timely manner


•    Submit daily and weekly activity reports (calls, meetings, leads, pipeline)


•    Track and update sales stages for each client


•    Report target progress and highlight challenges early


•    Perform additional and different tasks as assigned by the direct manager
