to be based in
Riyadh
and
Cairo.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Support HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Manage all employee related matters.
  • Coordinate HR projects such as trainings, meetings, and surveys.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role.
    Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and payroll processes.
