Role Description

AECO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
(Saudi national) to support the company's human resources operations.

The role involves managing daily HR activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and coordinating key HR functions including
salaries, recruitment, government portals, and employee relations
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and salary administration.
  • Coordinate with government platforms such as
    GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Muqeem
    to ensure compliance.
  • Support
    talent acquisition
    activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies and assist in performance evaluation processes.
  • Manage employee relations, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and reports.

Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationality
    (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in HR coordination or generalist roles.
  • Proven experience with
    government HR platforms
    (GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.).
  • Knowledge of
    payroll, benefits administration, and labor law compliance
    .
  • Experience in
    recruitment and talent acquisition
    .
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in the
    construction industry
    is an advantage.
