Job Overview


• Provide professional guest services in airport lounges across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in line with company standards and admission procedures.


• Ensure a positive guest experience by delivering courteous, efficient, and responsive service.


• Support lounge operations through accurate handling of guest records, cash transactions, and operational checks.

Job Responsibilities


• Handle guest check-in procedures and ensure compliance with lounge admission guidelines.


• Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas.


• Assist guests with internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings.


• Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report maintenance or cleaning requirements.


• Promote lounge services and facilities while handling guest requests and complaints professionally.


• Manage lost and found items and maintain proper documentation.


• Handle confidential guest information with a high level of integrity and discretion.


• Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions when required.


• Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation.


• Support implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.


• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements.

Job Requirements


• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or airport operations is an advantage.


• Presentable, customer-focused, and professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Arabic, and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory


• Basic cash handling skills and attention to detail.


• Willingness to work shift duties as required.


• Work location: King Khalid International Airport – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
