As part of our expanding operations in the Middle East region, we are seeking a
Retail Sales Manager
to join our dynamic team. Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the retail sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and business planning with major retail chains ( Panda, Danube, Tamimi, Othaim, Nesto, and Lulu).
  • Manage and coach regional sales teams and distributor partners to deliver performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, trade investments, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure strong in-store execution and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience in KSA, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong track record managing modern trade and traditional trade channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within the Kingdom.
