What You'll Do- Hunt and Win: Drive aggressive new business acquisition across industries and giga projects
- Build and Scale: Architect the sales strategy, build a high-performing team and scale operations in KSA
- Own the Numbers: Deliver and exceed revenue targets; accountable for top-line and bottom-line growth
- Lead with Influence: Represent the brand with authority; establish strong partner network
- Integrate with Impact: Align sales efforts with horizontal offerings (systems integration capabilities); sell complex solutions and drive value
- Proven track record of hunting and closing large, multi-million-dollar deals in KSA
- Deep industry connections and a strong reputation among CXOs and commercial teams
- Experience in working for systems integrators and understanding the ecosystem
- Strategic mindset with the ability to scale a business from ground up to dominance
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing powerhouse sales teams and driving performance
- Ability to architect GTM strategies aligned with market dynamics and exponential growth
- Strong relationships with customers at CXO level and networks beyond online connections
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities, translating market trends into actionable strategies
