Senior Account Manager

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key and large accounts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client goals, challenges, and industry dynamics.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-quality solutions.
  • Drive client retention through proactive engagement and strategic partnership.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare insights and reports for leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the sales function.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years
    of proven success in sales and account management.
