We are now expanding into KSA, establishing our first KSA-based presence to serve and build a high-performance commercial hub.

To accelerate this expansion, we are hiring a KSA Expansion Lead, a senior operator who can build the market from the ground up, open doors, close flagship clients, and establish YAZ Media as a top-tier partner in the KSA.

Role Overview:

This role is entrepreneurial, senior, and commercially aggressive.

You will be responsible for:

  • Launching YAZ Media's presence in KSA
  • Building the KSA pipeline from scratch
  • Securing high-value clients and anchor accounts
  • Establishing partnerships and market visibility
  • Acting as the commercial face of YAZ Media in the KSA
  • Reporting directly to the CEO in Dubai
  • This is a role for someone who wants to build a market, not just manage one.

Key Responsibilities

  1. KSA Market Launch & Commercial Expansion

  2. Lead the expansion and establishment of YAZ Media's KSA presence.

  3. Build and execute a KSA market-entry strategy aligned with YAZ Media's global positioning.
  4. Identify high-value opportunities across enterprise, government/public sector, fintech, retail, and lifestyle.
  5. Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of KSA prospects.
  6. Deliver predictable commercial growth in line with quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  7. Business Development & Deal Closing

  8. Own the full commercial cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → pitching → negotiation → closing.

  9. Secure long-term retainers and anchor accounts that establish YAZ Media's KSA footprint.
  10. Drive C-level relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
  11. Position YAZ Media as a differentiated, strategy-led creative and media partner.

  12. Strategic Partnerships & Network Building

  13. Establish partnerships with industry platforms, agencies, accelerators, government bodies, and enterprise ecosystems.

  14. Represent YAZ Media in industry events, meetings, conferences, and key KSA creative/tech circles.
  15. Build a network that accelerates credibility and deal flow.

  16. Proposal Excellence & Commercial Strategy

  17. Lead the creation and delivery of high-level proposals, RFP responses, and strategic pitch narratives.

  18. Work with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams in Dubai to deliver winning solutions.
  19. Ensure every proposal communicates clear strategic value, innovation, and financial impact.

  20. Client Advisory & Relationship Stewardship

  21. Act as a senior advisor to KSA clients, guiding strategic decisions, brand growth, and digital transformation initiatives.

  22. Develop strong relationships to generate long-term growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  23. Oversee onboarding and ensure seamless integration between KSA clients and Dubai delivery teams.

  24. Leadership, Reporting & Intelligence

  25. Provide regular market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing shifts, trends, and regulatory nuances.

  26. Collaborate with leadership to refine service models and KSA-specific positioning.
  27. Potentially mentor or build a small KSA commercial team as growth scales.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–12+ years in senior business development or partnerships roles, ideally inside media, advertising, creative, tech, consulting, or enterprise services.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals (950k SAR + retainers, annual scopes, or enterprise-level engagements).
  • A strong professional network in KSA's business/tech/creative ecosystem.
  • Strategic communication, strong executive presence, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes without hand-holding.
  • Familiarity with KSA public sector procurement, enterprise decision-making cycles, and competitive agency landscape is a strong plus.
