Role Description

Maintain a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of new and existing clients. Ensure all clients receive effective professional communication on their business implementation and after sales care. Obtain up to date information from the GROs and government departments. Encourage changes for internal processes to maximise service times and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist CRM with company formations across KSA from signed proposal through to licence issuance
  • Assist CRM with liquidations of KSA companies from signed proposal through to final deregistration
  • Working with CRM and our dedicated Government Relation Officers (e.g. to support processing Iqamas)
  • Liaising directly with clients, managing their requests and keeping them updated on progress
  • Building relationships within key Government institutions (Arabic speaking)
  • Ensuring all documents in relation to KYC and Compliance are correctly maintained and updated on OVP Checking client documents for validity and any possible complications that might delay applications
  • Building long-standing relationships with clients, existing introducers and strategic business partners
  • Prepare comprehensive information and report packs for the clients following research tasks undertaken by the GROs
  • Working on all KSA Government systems and portals including e.g. Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, FASAH, MLSD
  • Work cohesively with in-house Legal Counsel to perfect client documentation
  • Ensure all documents and expiration dates are accurately maintained on the relevant company systems.

Key Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Professional in written and verbal English
  • Client-facing confidence and communication skills

Qualifications and Experience Educational Background

  • Administrative or business-related qualifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working within a corporate service role
  • Knowledge of KSA company formation and immigration regulations
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
