We are looking for a Relationship Officer / or Senior Relationship Officer to join our company with the following qualifications and skills:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing lease / finance products to new and existing customers.
  • Visiting customers inside and outside the city.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and suppliers to optimize efficiency and customer care levels.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and increase company's visibility in the market.
  • Obtain the required documentation from clients to initiate the credit analysis process.
  • Negotiate deals with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain customer files up to date.
  • Follow up on collection with customers.

Requirements and skills:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in a financing company.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business administration or finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and appropriately.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
