Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Relationship Officer will manage key business relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, and promote the company's products and services. Responsibilities include fostering client partnerships, understanding customer needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge of finance to assist in developing proposals, understanding budgets, and coordinating financial agreements
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with organizational priorities
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
