Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Staff position located in Dammam. The Office Staff member will perform administrative and organizational tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Daily responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, supporting office functions, and providing general support for staff and clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with team members and clients
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is an advantage
