About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand our operations in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and pricing within the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement business growth strategies for sea and air freight services.


• Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.


• Collaborate closely with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.


• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and partnership.


• Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in business development within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.


• Strong expertise in ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and pricing.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.


• Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam.
