Role Overview

We are looking for a
Commercial Executive
to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for managing key operational and commercial processes, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the supply chain, and supporting the overall efficiency and profitability of the commercial function. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What You Will Do

Warehouse & Operations Management

  • Oversee inbound operations including receiving, quality checks (QC), and inventory control to ensure seamless stock availability.
  • Manage return-to-vendor (RTV) processes with a focus on accuracy, speed, and minimizing losses.
  • Coordinate both B2B and B2C shipment processes, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery performance in line with SLAs.
  • Partner with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to identify process gaps and implement operational efficiencies.

Commercial & Performance Support

  • Work closely with category managers and planners to ensure smooth product flow, correct listing, and accurate pricing on the platform.
  • Track and manage daily sales, stock health, and fulfillment metrics to support category growth.
  • Support promotional campaigns, new launches, and commercial events by ensuring operational readiness and flawless execution.
  • Contribute to improving P&L performance by controlling operational costs and driving efficiency initiatives.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational and commercial data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify performance trends and propose data-backed recommendations to improve speed, accuracy, and profitability.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and local regulations.
  • Manage export documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth cross-border processes.

What You Will Need

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics.
  • Technical Skills:
    Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Organization:
    Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
