Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve financial objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team to reach sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to commercial activities.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive company operations and brand messaging.

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally in the entertainment or hospitality industry.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
