Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in
Jeddah
for an
International Supply Chain Specialist
. The role is responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end
international supply chain operations
, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuity across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with international suppliers and vendors, managing inbound and outbound logistics, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing supply chain data to optimize performance, costs, and lead times. The role also requires close and continuous collaboration with internal teams to support operational objectives and ensure timely availability of products.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of
    Supply Chain Management
    and
    Inventory Management
    , including procurement, logistics, and stock control.
  • Solid experience in
    international logistics, import/export operations, and supplier coordination.
  • Strong
    analytical and operations management skills
    to evaluate data, optimize workflows, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    to effectively liaise with international suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective organizational skills.
  • Experience in the
    coffee, food, or beverage industry
    is a plus.
  • Proficiency in
    supply chain management systems and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
