Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team In this role you will get to be part of a major infrastructure PMO in Riyadh.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Advise on contractual matters.

  • Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.

  • Advise on Contractor's resource allocation.

  •  Audit payments to Contractors.

  • Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations.

  • Check and record measure of work done.

  • Prepare variations and dayworks.

  • Monitor contracts final cost estimates.

  • Maintain expenditure records.

  • Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements with the Department.

  • Coordinate and monitor activities of his team.

  • Prepare Final Account with all supporting documentation.

  • Prepare financial statements for monthly report.

  • Liaise with Department in all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of all contracts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 10 Years Experience in a consultancy.

  • BSc in Engineering or any relevant field.

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity, as well as thorough knowledge of industry practices is required.
