We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager – Energy Storage
to lead market expansion, drive strategic partnerships, and support the growth of our energy storage portfolio across the region. This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of ESS solutions, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the
    business development strategy
    for energy storage solutions across key markets.
  • Identify new opportunities, target segments, and potential clients to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ** EPC contractors, distributors, integrators, and key industrial customers**.
  • Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored ESS solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing large-scale energy storage deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the energy storage sector.
  • Prepare business proposals, financial models, and commercial presentations for clients.
  • Drive partnerships with technology providers and support product positioning and go-to-market plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, marketing) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10–15 years of experience in
    Business Development or Sales
    within energy storage, renewable energy, UPS, or power solutions.
  • Strong understanding of
    ESS technologies (Lithium Batteries, BESS, Hybrid Systems)
    .
  • Proven track record in developing new markets and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment with minimal supervision.
