Role Description – Outlet Incharge (Specialty Coffee)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Outlet Incharge
to lead our specialty coffee shop in Riyadh. This is a
full-time, on-site position
responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising the outlet team
  • Overseeing inventory, stock control, and ordering
  • Ensuring product consistency and quality, especially in coffee and pastry offerings
  • Maintaining top-tier hygiene and safety standards
  • Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
  • Providing outstanding customer service and resolving complaints efficiently
  • Reporting performance and operational insights to management

Other Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in managing a café or restaurant outlet
  • Strong background in
    inventory control
    and
    staff supervision
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods
    and
    pastry quality standards
  • Proven ability to maintain high hygiene standards
    and follow
    regulatory guidelines
  • Exceptional customer service
    and
    problem-solving
    skills
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication
    abilities
  • Ability to
    multitask
    and
    thrive under pressure
    in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be currently residing in
    KSA with a transferable Iqama
  • Shared accommodation
    available just 2 minutes' walk from the outlet
  • Salary Budget: SAR 5,000 (If someone wants Leave out allowance it can be disscussed)
