Head of Cybersecurity

We are looking for an experienced CISO to lead the organization's cybersecurity strategy, governance, operations, and compliance. The role will ensure protection of information assets, alignment with regulatory frameworks, and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, PDPL, etc.).
  • Lead risk assessments, manage the cybersecurity risk register, and oversee mitigation activities.
  • Oversee SOC/SIEM operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.
  • Lead cybersecurity audits, regulatory engagements, and closure of findings.
  • Manage third-party cybersecurity risks and vendor assessments.
  • Drive cybersecurity awareness programs and training across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT, Risk, and business teams to ensure secure implementation of technology initiatives.
  • Provide regular cybersecurity reporting and guidance to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee BCP/DR planning, simulations, and readiness activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred:
    CISSP, CISM, CCISO, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CRISC, CEH, etc.
  • Strong experience leading cybersecurity programs, governance, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
