About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic
Head of Business Development
to lead growth initiatives, drive new partnerships, and expand our presence within the technology and cybersecurity sectors. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in tech-driven organizations, strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of building and managing business pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-impact opportunities across the technology and cybersecurity markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Cybersecurity, and Operations) to align business goals and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in Business Development, Sales, or related fields.
  • Strong background in
    technology companies
    , including experience in
    cybersecurity solutions
    or services.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, secure partnerships, and close deals in the tech sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams or key accounts.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
