About the Role:

To ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across the company through regular review of HR processes and procedures in accordance with the HR objectives.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and updating HR policies.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law regulations.
  • Excellent and effective use of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
