Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Human Resources Supervisor at BARQ, you will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring effective HR management and employee relations practices. Key responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, managing performance evaluations, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership to enhance workplace culture and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) best practices and principles
  • Experience in HR Management and the implementation of HR strategies
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and facilitating effective communication between staff and management
  • Proficiency in Performance Management processes to drive employee development
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and compliance with applicable labor regulations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR +4 years a supervisory HR role is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial
