Job Summary:

The Client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR operations across retail outlets in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and store-level HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for retail stores.

Manage employee relations, performance issues, and HR operations.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, HRDF, and GOSI.

Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, documentation, and visa/Iqama processes.

Support store managers with HR issues and drive employee engagement.

Requirements:

10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
