Role Overview

You'll manage how products, promotions, and categories appear across Your job is to ensure that customers always see the most relevant, high-performing, and commercially valuable products — with a focus on data-driven curation and continuous content improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the homepage, key landing pages, and category listings to feature the right deals, offers, and best sellers.
  • Maintain consistent rotation of seasonal campaigns, brand highlights, and promotional assets.
  • Systematically improve content for top-selling and high-potential products (titles, images, specs, and descriptions).
  • Collaborate with category, marketing, and pricing teams to align merchandising decisions with business goals.
  • Analyze product performance and user behavior to optimize placement and visibility.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock, pricing, and promotional data are accurate within the internal ERP.
  • Track merchandising KPIs such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue per page.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Arabic; Advanced professional proficiency in English
  • Experience in e-commerce merchandising or digital retail operations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to commercial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to balance data insights with visual and content sensibility.
  • High ownership, execution speed, and comfort working in a fast-scaling environment
