Our client is looking for an experienced Co-Brand Cards Product Expert to lead the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of cobranded card products. This role will play a key part in enhancing product performance, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with strategic partners and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, product) to align sponsorship terms with business goals.
  • Maximize the value of sponsorship assets through campaigns that increase engagement and portfolio growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate steering committees and performance review meetings with senior management.
  • Lead the design, launch, and management of cobranded card products tailored to market needs.
  • Define product value propositions (CVPs), pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Support sales enablement through pricing recommendations, training, and sales tools.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance and smooth operational integration with payment systems and vendors.
  • Monitor campaign and portfolio performance using KPIs such as spend uplift, activation rates, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to extract insights and optimize strategies.
  • Ensure superior customer experience and continuous product improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in product launches, CVP development, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SAMA).
  • Expertise in co-brand partner relationship management.
  • Deep knowledge of card products (Debit, Credit, and Prepaid), profitability models, and key metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • 10–15 years of experience in cards product or portfolio management.
