We are looking for an exceptional
Country Manager (Saudi Arabia)
to drive
business development and partnerships
across the Kingdom's most visionary projects including
NEOM, Red Sea Project, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, and others.
Your Mission
You will lead Pavegen's growth in Saudi Arabia, identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and building strategic partnerships across government, developers, architects, and smart-city stakeholders.
You will work closely with our UK leadership team to establish a strong business presence, drive new revenue streams, and ensure Pavegen is at the centre of the Kingdom's sustainability and innovation agenda under Vision 2030.
What We're Looking For
Saudi National
with deep networks across the Kingdom or someone who has lived in the country for a long time.
Educated or graduated in the
UK
, with strong cross-cultural understanding
Proven track record in
business development, sales, or partnerships
within architecture, design, smart cities, or sustainability sectors
Excellent communicator and negotiator, with experience presenting to senior decision-makers
Excellent networker, you love being thrown into an event or conference and finding the right people
Entrepreneurial and self-driven, able to operate independently and deliver results quickly
Passionate about technology, sustainability, and transforming how people engage with cities
What You'll Do
✦ Represent Pavegen at key regional events, including
Cityscape Expo in November
✦ Identify, pitch, and close new opportunities with major developers, consultancies, and government entities
✦ Build and manage a high-value pipeline of commercial partnerships and installations
✦ Develop local marketing and outreach strategies to raise Pavegen's profile in Saudi Arabia
✦ Act as the local bridge between our UK HQ and Saudi clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery

Minimum Requirements
- Degree educated
