Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Riyadh. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations, driving business development, achieving revenue targets, and building strategic relationships with clients. The role also entails managing a sales team, providing leadership guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development, including identifying opportunities, market analysis, and creating growth strategies.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
- Experience in Team Management, including leading, motivating, and developing a sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is considered a plus.
- Experience in the automation and industrial systems sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is beneficial.
